Organisations invest heavily in technology, systems, and processes. Yet the success of any transformation ultimately depends on how people respond to it.

My research explores why employees engage, disengage, stay, leave, adapt, and commit during periods of uncertainty. By examining the factors that influence trust, belonging, communication, leadership, and organisational culture, I seek to better understand why some organisations successfully navigate change while others struggle to gain traction.

These insights help explain the human dynamics behind workforce readiness, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, retention, and organisational performance in rapidly changing environments.

My published research with Clayton Smith examines the relationship between organisational strategy, equity, and long-term success, contributing to a broader understanding of how leaders can create resilient, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces.
